1.How to order?

Then as you browse the site you can add items to your cart and when you decide to buy simply you will be calculated the amount to pay depending on the ordered items and the postal code of your delivery address. What should I do if my card is rejected?

The first thing to do is to verify if you have entered any wrong digit or data, in that case simply correct it.

What happens after placing an order?

Three things happen, first, you will receive an email confirming your purchase and then when we have verified your data and the existence of the products in our warehouse you will be sent a second email for availability.

Finally, when we have already confirmed both your personal data, payment and the existence of the products you ordered, we will contact you by phone or by email to set a delivery date. The latter is the only step for which a response from you will be needed.

Can I modify an order?

Keep in mind that the more time passes from the confirmation of the purchase, the more complex it will be to make modifications

Where do they deliver?

We send orders to the entire United Kingdom. Only in the Highlands of Scotland, Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man and other islands the service is more restricted if you want information about your particular situation to write to us at sales@elegantfurnitureuk.co.uk

How is the shipping cost determined?
